I think I have this sorted - doing a RIMS, NG fire, 2 pump stand and am trying to limit the number of fittings - they are not cheap here to get here in Canada so I was thinking of using a few three way valves. The two way valves near the pumps are mainly there to throttle the pump speed for either RIMS or pump out through the chiller. I have read elsewhere that I should have a couple of purge valves in the system that I haven't added to the diagram yet..
Related, I am torn on quick connect / cam locks. I don't really want to pay for them, but I am concerned that I might end up leaving moisture in the lines after cleaning.. Anyone with hard plumbed systems have views? I know everything pre-BK is not as critical from a sterilization perspective, but still...
Thanks!
