I've got a new glycol chiller and new fermenter (up to 3 now) so I'd like to go ahead and re-do my glycol setup more like the commercial breweries do with a rigid pipe with solenoids to the fermenters. The challenge is out of the glycol chiller is 3/8" ID. In this case I think 1/2" pipe is going to be too big. Regardless, I'm not finding a lot of options in such a small diameter except for schedule 80. But I've heard using schedule 80 is a disaster waiting to happen.

Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I have two Brewhemoth's, and a new 42 gallon jacketed from Brewer's Hardware! I have a couple pictures, let me dig them up and I'll post them.
