I was thinking about making my first Weizen and had been looking at Jamil's recipe in 'Brewing Classic Styles'. From my research, I see a lot of people recommend using some rice hulls in the mash. Is this necessary, even though it's not mentioned in the recipe? If so, how much would I need for a 5 gallon recipe? (5.6lbs Pilsner Malt & 5.6lbs Wheat Malt)
