hi i'm Paul in Canada. just started to get into all grain brewing. i have a pilsner right now that i am fermenting under pressure. it started at 1.064. 10 days later i tested it and it was full of gas and sitting at 1.032. i am thinking it is stuck. any ideas. the temperature is at 62-65 in my basement. it is a s-23 dry yeast.
