I want to brew about 25 to 30 gallons of cider this year. A Wyeast cider yeast is only good for about 5 gallons so I want to start a pack of cider yeast this week in about 3 gallons of cider and then once it multiplies I want to add the slurry to my 25 - 30 gallons. My question is how much of the slurry will I need to add? I dont want to over or underpitch. THANKS

I think your best and easiest way would be to use 5 or 6 packs of yeast for your 25 or 30 gallons.
