These were the only cigarettes I could pick up in high school, because the guy at the head shop that sold them never carded me.

Yeah! I used to get the fat Guinness World Records book that had thousands upon thousands of entries.

Not this crap they peddle nowadays that's twice the price and has like 100 pages, mostly filled with enormous hi-def color photos.

Get your s**t together, World Records people.

.... okay, what were we talking about again? :D

At first I thought you meant you had a Guinness World Records book full of fat people records.

:drunk:

why did people used to throw away porno mags in weird places, back in the seventies? I remember that was the greatest thing when we would find one in the bushes down by the river, or in a random hedgerow somewhere...

Dude, seriously, you too!!!!?? In the 90s we had a long winding country road that went on for miles that had rain gutters loaded with the stuff. Good times.

we always thought it was a trap and some ped would be lurking waiting to nab us- but the coast was always clear. it's like people were strolling around leafing through the porno they just bought, when like their mom popped out of no where or something and they had to think quick and fire the mag into the bushes. I have never, nor have i ever known of anyone to discard pornography this way...

we never stored the ill gotten porn so haphazardly - i believe we built hideouts, huts, and clubhouses just to hold such precious relics. for shame on those random bush whackers.

Haha, bush whackers. I was in your group that respected the porn and built shrines to it.

Hmm .. I can only remember Family Ties but I know there were more.

Huh..I thought there were a lot more.

I have a few more but I will stop with this one for now...

does he have the one that's the battlestar that shoots out the foam fighters from like a rubber band powered shooter?- i think it had two triggers on it and you could shoot out two of the fighters at the same or separate times...
i really wish i would have done less drugs so i wouldn't need forums like this to remember my childhood...

I think so but believe a few pieces are missing / broken. Hubby was trying to explain how this toy worked but kept shaking his head lamenting over the loss. He didn't play with these as much as his Star Wars collection.

Also, his original Jabba the Hut figurine is missing a movable arm... if anyone finds it he'd be very appreciative of it...

Actually, Wonder Woman just made me think of Underoos....

These were an EPIC fail with a childhood friend. This kid got the Superman Underoos. He got home 10 minutes before the babysitter got home from grade school 1 time, got in them, tied his blanket around his neck and climbed to the top of the silo. Babysitter pulls in and tries to "talk him down". He keeps telling her he will "fly down." That poor woman had to call his father home from the fire dept... I am pretty sure his dad had to climb up to get him...

But I only ever heard of 2...but I thought there were more "more popular" shows that had that dog at the end.

family ties meets vacation was a really popular one- chevy chase races alex p keaton around the world, and rusty feels up mallory's boobs, as i remember...

My friend and I were just describing the high beam foot switch to a younger friend the other night that had never heard of such a thing.

I had that red telephone looking game too. Loved the jump the peg mode.

If you did not recognize my other 2, I will give the names and what they were...

Spectreman - Old TV show like Godzilla but more violent/more martial arts like fights with giant monsters...

The other pic was Chickenman. Chickenman actually was before my time but my father found a record (if you have to ask you are much to young) that was called Chickenman Returns. I played that record a LOT and will never forget it. It was originally a comedy radio show. If you ever get the chance to give it a listen it is worth the hour of your life I promise!
