I’ve been making mead for about 2 years now, think I’ve got about 11-13 gallons under my belt. Couple of them didn’t turn out exactly how I wanted, but they were good. Just recently started doing 5 gallon batches instead of 1 gallon. I’ve learned about all I can on my own and decided it was time to join and start learning more!
