I've been brewing with a few different friends for a year or so, but just started solo brewing at home the last couple months. 3 batches (partial grain and extract) in and I'm finding I have more questions than good ole John Palmer's book can answer right now. Thanks in advance for any help you end up offering. Looking forward to sharing failures and successes on here.
