Ok I made a bonehead move and filtered an Irish red before tasting it. Afterwards I noticed it has high acetaldehyde. I filtered using 2 stage at 5micron and 1micron. I am wondering if I can raise the temp back to 67deg and reinoculate with a yeast starter to clean up the acetaldehyde in it. Gravity is around 1.019 from an OG of 1.059. 4.5 gallons about in a keg. Anybody with any ideas?
Thanks!
