I just racked 3 gallons of my hard cider into glass jugs after a week or so of fermentation. It was a bit dry for my liking so I added a bit of wine conditioner to sweeten a bit and have the sorbates kill off the yeast. My question is, do I need to refrigerate now? Or can I just keep it under airlock until it clears?

A chill will help. But as long as you have added sorbates to arrest yeast

*sorry post got cut*

You should be fine.
