Refining and Building A Label

Hey, I was wondering if someone out there wanted to help me build and refine my logo, I made a mock up of the label but it is pretty low rez and I would like it to look a little nicer, Throw out your ideas, and if you can help. Im not awesome at graphic design. Label is included below
