Hi All,
I have a summer wheat ale in the secondary fermenter and I am noticing it cloudier that previous batches I have made. No "off flavor" so I don't believe its an sterilization issue. I have heard that to improve clarity, one can add a cup of gelation/water to the secondary without imparting any funky flavors....

Any truth to this or am I flirting with disater?

Ok its a wheat beer its not supposed to be clear and probably never will. Wheat has lots of Protiens that make the beer cloudy not to mention the yeast. Oh and welcome to the fourms :)
