Tasting Notes
Good hop flavor, low bitterness. Citrusy with hints of mango
Just thought I would post this recipe here because I have been trying this for a long time and finally tweaked it to how I think its perfect. Its a citrusy IPA with a good mango papaya aroma at the end. Its the kind of beer you take 4 big drinks of because you cant believe a beer can taste like this. Has a light caramel/red tint to it. New Zeeland Motueka and the red gave it the name.

10 lb 2 row
2.8 lb Pale Ale
.5 lb Crystal/Caramel 40L

.5oz Simcoe @60
1 oz Motueka @20
1 oz Citra @10
Dry Hop 10 days
1 oz Citra
2 oz Motueka

Mash @ 150

Thank you for sharing. I may give this a try. I will call it a pale ale, though. :)
