Brewed the Red Hook clone from the recipe database for a ten gallon batch. It was my first AG 10 gallon batch so was a little shakey on the amount to collect. Tho't I had eleven gallons but probably ended up with ten. Ended up with about nine in the carboys. Good and bad news was that the OG ended up being 1.065 instead of the 1.054 I was shooting for. Good for me I guess but am worried that it will end up being too sweet. Recipe called for 2 ozs each of Willamette and Tettnager. I tho't that was light anyway for ten gallons. The question is, do I dry hop into the secondary? If so, any idea how much and what kinds. Thanks for any advice.
