I just bottled a batch of a red double IPA. The recipe shows:
O.G.= 1.067-1.071
F.G. = 1.013-1.017
ABV= 7.1%
IBU= 73
My results:
O.G.= 1.056
F.G.= 1.016
ABV = 5.42%
IBU = 95
Trying to figure out why my ABV is low and IBU is so high. Any thoughts? Here is the recipe.
