I am prepping for Salmon Berry wine.

I know i will need to strain the berries, what brand of straining bags do you recommend?

Thank you

I would treat them like I do with my blackberries which is to crush them enough to get some juice out, add your sugar and other ingredients, and let them ferment "on skin" until the SG is ~1.01. By that time, the yeast will have ruptured and juiced most of the berries so pressing will be easier. For the pressing/straining, I would use any brand of grain bag that brewers use when mashing barley. You should be able to find that easily on Amazon or your LHBS.
