Recipies with WLP005 Brit Ale Yeast

I would like to do a lighter brew, seeing as I tend to the amber/dark end of the spectrum. I prefer malty/caramel flavors with slight-medium bitterness.

I have a bunch of WLP005 in the fridge that is nearing its end so Id like to use that up.

I am completely open to suggestions any ideas would be welcome.
