Long story short, had a railcar come into work with some hard red winter wheat left in it. They just dumped it and moved on so I went back and scooped up about 150 pounds of wheat. 150 lbs of wheat would make ~30 batches of wheat beer, so my question is, what sort of interesting recipes should I make with the wheat after I get bored of wheat beer?
