Recipe suggestions using fresh honey

I just got some fresh honey as a gift and wanted to get your input on some recipes.

Have you seen/tried Skotrat's B52 Honey Wheat? I've made it several times, and I'm a big fan of the recipe. Got a whole party full of different sorts of people loaded one year when my nephew was baptized.

If I'm not mistaken, it was the choice for Big Brew one year... Maybe I'm wrong about that... but it's a very good beer that makes good use of the honey.
