Wanted to try something different and try hopbursting. Made something similar a while back and it was real good only thing added is swapped out some pale for Maris otter and added the eldorado.Any thoughts? Don't you just love the quantities the software gives you? .49, 1.56 lbs...

I round up the nearest half or whole oz/lb.

Recipe looks pretty good actually...

Ya that's what I do to. Getting ready to brew this one soon. So we'll see how it turns out. Want to find a competition around here to enter it in if I like it just to get an opinion
