I purchased some grain, but there was a mixup in packaging, and what should have arrived as different bags to flesh out different recipes, came all in one bag.

No use crying over mixed grains, so what should I make?

Contents of mixed grain bag:
  • 9lb 2-Row
  • 1lb Gambrinus Honey
  • 8oz 40L Caramel
  • 4oz White Wheat

Other grain on hand:
  • 2lb White Wheat
  • 1lb Caramel
  • 1lb Carafoam
  • 1lb Maris Otter
I've got a few pounds of various hops, and some chico yeast, some hornindal yeast, and some english/vermont yeast. Ideas?

Depending on the hops you have available, there are quite a few beers you could work out of it.
ESBs, Pales, IPAs of near any stripe (aside from black - thankfully ;))...

Give us an idea of what style you enjoy.

Cheers!
