50 lbs of crystal 60
25 lbs of wheat
I could get enough munich.

And i have access to just about any hop

I need a good recipe.

I had
10lb 2 row
2.3 lb c60
2 lb munich

with
perle .75 oz at 60
saaz 1 oz at 15
perle .25 at 15

Not too sure

Depending on what you are after, that could be a fine recipe, though I'd probably back the crystal off to a pound or so, and maybe even the munich.

I want a maltier american pale ale.
Or a fair balanced one.
Something not offensive to bring to the fam around christmas.

I know the recipe i had up there would be quite malty

Id back off the crystal, but i just did 2# munich And 1# wheat + dme and some crystal malt also In a < 2 gallon batch. Never used 60%ish munich before- i just bottled it so i wont know what its like for another week or few.Probably more of the lines a few months since i made it a 7.7%er.
Looks like you could make a nice amber.

I would drop the crystal to 1 pound, the munich to 1.5 and maybe the hop addition to 2 minutes or even flameout. Should be a nice balanced slightly malt forward beer.
