I have a bunch of random stuff laying around and would like to brew this weekend to get rid of some of if. I'm hoping some of you can put together a recipe or 2 out of what I have. I can always buy more stuff if I need it. So here's the list:
12 oz honey malt
4 oz biscuit malt
5 oz caramel 40
4 oz caramel 120
1 lb flaked barley
1 lb 2 row
1 lb flaked wheat
.5 oz bitter orange peel
1 oz lemon peel
6 lbs mallard wheat extract
6 lbs briess Bavarian wheat extract
6 lbs white sorghum syrup
1 lb Belgian candy syrup
1 lb maltodextrine
5 oz cascade hops
1 oz Willamette
1 oz cluster
1 oz liberty
1 oz us Saaz

Like I said, if any of this would be put to better use with other grains or extract I can always pick it up. So let's have those recipes, thanks!

You could use that wheat extract and the flaked wheat, the oz of Saaz, and the bitter orange. Get a package of WLP 400 and another .5 oz of corriander and you could have a Belgian Witbier. Or even just use the wheat extract and get a WY 3068 and make an easy hefe.

Ok... 6# wheat malt extract
4oz each of honey malt, biscuit malt and 5oz of C-40 (why waste an oz?), .5oz cascade at 60/15/5/0 minutes. Nice little American wheat ale!

Just thought about this... Use the 1# two row to convert the other grains in case they have limited diastatic power. So basically a partial mash.
