Friend at LHBS gave me a pack of WLP041 that had just hit the exp date. I'll spin it up and it should be just fine....but I have no experience with this yeast. Says on the WL site that makes for a good English style beer, but I have just brewed several in a row and wanting a change.
Any suggestions on maybe an IPA with this yeast with mash temp a tad low so it will dry out the beer some? Any advice is appreciated since I hate to waste a pack of yeast...you know how that is.
