So first off,my plan is to brew this as a small test batch via the BIAB method. I basically took the Double-W recipe from here, scaled it down and tweaked it a tad.

I'd like to stop by the LHBS this weekend and get all the stuff so I'd appreciate any comments/suggestions (outside of increase the batch size :p ).
