I'm hoping someone here can help me out a little. I have a Summer Ale recipe I've been brewing that has bee really popular with visitors. I've recently started doing AG and I'd rreally prefer not to have to do an extract. If someone could convert this to AG for me, I'd be most appreciative. Here's the extract I used:

6.6 lbs Wiezen LME
0.5 lbs Wiezen DME

If you need to know the hops and all that, I'd be glad to send those as well.

The only weizen DME and LME in promash is Briess so that is what I used to calculate. I get an OG of 1.038 using the amounts you describe. Converting to all-grain I used a 60/40 mix of 2-row and wheat (that's the ratio I've seen in most wheat extracts) I get 4.2lbs of 2-row and 2.75lbs of wheat at 75% efficiency. If I use pilsener instead of 2-row with the same amounts it bumps the OG to 1.039. Hope that helps!
