Here is my idea for a AG Bock

Munich-Based

Grain Recipe

Two-row: 1 lb

Munich Malt: 11.5 lbs

Crystal Malt (90L): 1.25 lbs

Chocolate Malt: 4 oz

Dough in 3.5 gallon 165* F, rest 1 hr
Sparge 4 gallons 175* F
1 hr boil
2 oz Saaz and Spalt hop additions, mostly because Austin Home brew has.
I am also using ale yeast, not a true bock but shoud be tasty. Does this recipe sound reasonable?

yeah it looks great. Maybe a little bit of roasted barley for a roastey taste. although thats not traditional with the addition of that. Even with an ale yeast it will finish nice but I would make sure to use one that finishes real nice and crisp.
