When reading the ingredients for a recipe that gives the various brewing methods (ie. all grain, extract etc), what are the 'Steeping Grains'? Are these to be included in the all grain bill? For example: Hoppiness is an IPA (Jamil Zainasheff) - This recipe has 1lb Crystal 15 & .25lb Crystal 40 listed under 'Steeping Grains', should these be added to the 12.75lb Two Row & .75lb Munich that are listed under 'All-Grain Option'?
