I realized I have a few lbs of Vienna left over from a previous brew. I have 6 lbs Pale Malt and .75 lb of crystal 10L and 40L each. I was gonna do just a pale ale with .25 lbs of each crystal and the pale malt but now I am wondering if I can make something more interesting by throwing the Vienna in. I would guess that I have 2 or 3 lbs of it. Any ideas? Hops I have are Columbus, willamette and vanguard. US-05 yeast on hand too
