Hi all,

This is my first year growing my own hops and I got a very small yield currently sitting in my freezer:

1oz columbus
1oz cascade
2oz chinook

Any suggestions on a 5-gallon all-grain recipe/style for this batch of hops? I can't quite decide if I want to make something hoppy or mask the possible horrible flavors from my homegrown hops by making something dark!

Thanks!

I'd trust your gardening skills and just throw it into a pale ale. Columbus for bittering, then cascade and half the chinook at 10min or so, with 1oz of chinook for dry hopping. If you try to hide them, you'll never know how your first year turned out ;)
