Probably hard to tell, but this is a bunch of feta. I'm leaving it in these 1.5" cubes until I need some, then I'll crumble and use. Last time I made it, I crumbled immediately (that worked fine, but I'm trying it this way now).
These are salted, so I'm not going to brine them. I'm just storing like this in a container in the fridge.
