So recently I wasted three entire packets of ec-1118 on a one gallon batch of cranberry wine, it just wouldn't start I belive to the acidity level, I ended up pitching two packets lol that didn't work, so I tried using a starter and that worked. Anyways I have three packets of Ec-1118 invested in this one gallon batch, so I was wondering if I could take the left overs from my primary fermentation bucket from my cranberry wine and pour another batch of juice onto the cranberry wine leftovers, to make like a cranberry/hard lemonade or should I try and wash the yeast first? If so how would I go about washing wine yeast.

It is possible but I'd be worried that your yeast is very stressed from a difficult fermentation. If I was hell bent on saving some, I'd probably pitch a small portion of the lees into some apple juice to build it back up....
