Sorry if this has been answered and as always I appreciate all help received. I was wondering if when I brew tomorrow, as my wort is chilling I can transfer from primary to secondary or keg and then just reuse the yeast on the bottom of the primary. I know this is possible but I read that it should only be done in lower gravity beers and gradually rising a few times. However, I used 2 White Labs California Ale Yeasts WLP 001 which could add more viability. In the primary is a Pliny clone (1.078) and I'm either doing a Baltic Porter (1.096) KBS clone (1.092) or Westvleteren 12 (1.105) tomorrow. Thanks for all help I don't know where I'd be without this forum.
