Please help me pick hops for my second batch of Rauchbier that I will brew this weekend.

Here are the malts in my recipe for a 5 gallon batch:
5 lbs beechwood smoked malt
2 lbs Munich
2 lbs German Pilsner
1 lb CaraMunich
1/2 lb Chocolate

I would like to use from what I have in stock.

The hops I have available are:
Nugget, leaf (a freezer full)
Cascade, leaf (half a freezer full)
Magnum, leaf 2 oz
Glacier pellts 3 oz
US Cascade pellets 1 oz
Argentine Cascade pellets 1 oz
Fuggles pellets 1 oz
Hallertauer pellets 1 oz
Saaz pellets 1 oz

Right now I'm leaning to 1 oz Glacier for 60 minutes and 1 oz Glacier for 10 minutes, but I have never used this hop so it is a bit unknown to me.

I'd use thes Cascade to bitter and then maybe either Hallertauer\Saaz or a combo of both. You could also use the Glacier instead of the Cascade. In all honesty you probably only need a bittering hops since the smoke profile should be pronounced.

+1
I'd go with the glacier for bittering with saaz/hallertau combo late addition. and i'd forgo any dry hopping

Thanks for the advice. My first Rauchbier was more mild (lighter color, less smoke) and I used 1 ounce of Pearle for 60 minutes. At bottling (it's still carbing) it tasted nicely balanced and the hop was not pronounced or noticeable which is what I want.

I'd do your cleanest bittering hop and no late hop additions at all. Think of a rauchbier like an Ocktoberfest, there's no hop character in there at all. Rauchbier is all about the malty goodness and the smoke, you don't want any hop character in there to conflict.

THIS

Magnums , dont waste the noble hops you only want to balance out the malt as the bird said
