hey yall , quick question

so i have some left over raspberries and im thinking of making a gallon of wine with it and now im thinking of making chocolate raspberry wine .
my question is ,should i use cocoa powder , nibs or a flavoring/extract , also when should i add the cocoa considering i dont want the chocolate to be over powering or bitter .

thank you in advance

I'd go with the extract which you can either buy or make yourself by steeping nibs in vodka for a week or two. I'd then add to taste at bottling. Good luck!

take 1/2 lb of coca and place it in the back of your cupboard.
then make rasberry wine.
leave the cocoa in said cupboard.

enjoy.

sorry i couldnt resist.

but like rish says vodka and nibs will work well .
