Going with a sugestion on this forum as to how to incorp the raspberries.
8# ea of standard 2-row and red wheat
.75# of carapils (left overs)
Hopped only .75oz of Hal for 60min
Og was 1045 and in went #3 of frozen raspberries to primary
I simmered for a few minutes to pasturize and to liquify first.

after nearly 3 days the furious yeast activity has settled down to 1bbl/min and the sample I took for a gravity reading (1016) tastes pretty darn good if I do say so. Obvious fruit flavors up front and a nice full soft wheat character/body.
Some of the sweetness with still come out Im sure but not too much I hope.

The plan is for #3 more in secondary when racked over.
Forgot whose raspberry method suggestion this was but thanks! Tasting great so far.
