Raspberry Off Flavor

What causes a raspberry off flavor... And how do I get more of it?

You gotta be way more specific than that. What type of beer? Yeast? Fermentation temp? Raspberries can cause raspberry flavor, but without any info its harder to diagnose.

That being said, raspberry like flavors sound like esters which can be produced by fermenting too warm. So Im gonna shoot with estery, but its hard to tell

Yeast US-05 + Lacto probiotic blend. The Lacto blend is mostly like what is found in yogurt. Fermentation would be around room temperature.

I'm thinking it might be the temperature and maybe a little malic acid maybe.

I asked my wife she didn't notice, so it is subtle.
