Ive just racked my raspberry ale into a secondary after 13 days. Raspberries went in on day 3 as per recipe. The taste is a sour/tart/bitter and not sweet enough IMO. Is there anything I can do at this point or before bottling to balance this beer out without continually fermenting the sugars? The raspberries were frozen store bought.
Thanks :D

Add some lactose or splenda the to taste then bottle.

Next batch mash at higher temp or pick a yeast that doesn't eat all the sugar (low attenuation).
