That's just a bottle release, not a Ambassadors allocation, right?
I see what you're saying. They haven't announced the next release yet. We'll probably all know at the same time: when they send the next e-mail blast.

Ambassadors is 20/ea limit 8. It's batch 3. I guess batch 1 was tap/growler. Batch 2 was the first run of bottles.
I remember there was a clear distinction between the two batches. One was a lot funkier (can't remember which, unfortunately). It'd be fun to try all three side by side.

I never tried batch 1, but I remember quite a few people stating that batch 2 was funkier.

I guess I was two days premature:

Supermassive Bottles |
Supermassive, your second Ambassadors of Sour bottle release, is a dark sour beer aged in oak barrels with blackberries and black currants. Supermassive will be on draft and your (2) bottles that are included in your membership will be available for pickup. We have a few extra bottles of Supermassive available for Ambassadors to purchase online starting at 9:00AM Pacific on Tuesday, May 5th, but we'll explain those details in a separate email that we'll send out on April 28th.

Sounds good. That's about as enthusiastic as I'm going to get.

If anyone wants to swap one of their Supermassive bottles for some fancy bourbon/rye samples I'd be happy to hook it up. Will be there tomorrow from around 4-6 and generally loitering around Berkeley/RB so easy to come by another time. still kicking myself for missing the ambassador sign-up...

Another World is a red sour beer aged in oak barrels. Fermented with two strains ofBrettanomyces yeast and two strains Lactobacillus bacteria, this red sour presents notes of cherries and caramel.

$20/bottle

Hope this lasts until the end of the week.

The Ambassadors get a 12 bottle limit, I am sure it will be same for the public release. And based on past bottles with this kind of limits it should stick around a couple of weeks.

Are their red sours no good? Either way I'll at least try it on draft first (I'm assuming that's going to be a option?).

Their bottled offerings are pretty standard. Worth grabbing some if you haven't had them, but if you only have a limited amount of take home space try a bunch of stuff on tap and skip the bottles.
