Did it kick this weekend? Out of town last weekend, but I should be able to stop by next weekend.

It's a lot juicier/fruitier. Although I find it weird that you don't like Egregious, I've thought that was their best beer for quite a while.

I am still working in a desire for hoppy sours. I am not the biggest fan of styles that aren't traditionally hoppy like Black IPA's or Belgian IPA's either. But, I am trying to give the style more of a shot.

Well it's not really hoppy since it's just dry-hopped. There's no bitterness, it's just the aroma. I thought it worked great.

Tried it once. Didn't think it was particularly interesting.

I thought it was pretty good, just like all their stuff.

Ugh, just saw the 12 bottle limits. Why'd the make so much of something so unremarkable?

I was thinking the same thing, both a mix of 3 Golden Sours...
I went on Saturday and they explicitly stated that it was in fact the FU base w/cherries. I wasn't too impressed with it, unfortunately. Tangerang though, wow that was good.

Agreed on Tangerang. I don't care all that much yet about dry hopped sour, but that Tangerang blew me away. Had a growler of it over the weekend, ******* rocked.

So question on this Public Bottle Release. Is there typically a big turnout? Big lines? Plane gets in a bit after noon and then heading out to Napa. Would love to grab a few bottles on the way!

Last few there have been, but with this limit...

Hmm well we basically go right by there so we will stop by either way. If theres a line I'll just keep on driving and stop in for stuff on draft later in the week.

Edit: Also thanks for the info!

I just don't see a lot of people spending $360 for a beer with no clear trade value and few rave reviews.
