MoreBeer seems to have 1 lb bags of Viking Roasted Barley (338L) in stock. They also have larger sizes of Briess, but I assume you're not looking for a lifetime supply.

Yeah I’m a creature of habit with Neil at Ritebrew. Plus I already have a backlog of batches because I have not been brewing after I had a run in with gravity on a hike in Italy and no amount of prosciutto red wine and pasta could fix my dumpty’s humpyness after ripping up my rotator cuff. Believe me, I tried. Maybe not insane Italian family lunch tried, but by God I gave it a good go.
