Pre WWII retrofit wiring: 240V 50 htz. It's amazing more of these old buildings don't burn down. Hopefully by next summer this room will finally have modern electricity and plumbing.

This was Ocean City, New Jersey (not Maryland) I did a quick search and it does look like Bull on the Beach is still around.

Unfortunately, OCNJ is a dry town

Actually it kind of belongs to my brother-in-law, but why or how we don't really know. It belonged to my father-in-law, nobody knows if BIL bought it from him or just took possession after the parents died. BIL farms about 200 acres so he has lots of good tractors, this is a 1980 Russian AVTO. Another BIL has parked a 1960(+-) Massey in one of our barns. It needs a new motor or some other major repair, and ownership of it is questionable also since it's been in our barn for 78 years now. We have heard that after a year and one day anything in the barn belongs to us(her brothers all use it for storing junk), but we have no legal confirmation of that concept.

A pro brewer friend of mine brewed the only good pumpkin beer I've ever tasted. It got infected somehow and became a sour pumpkin ale. She gave me the keg, we bottled all the beer and enjoyed sour pumpkin ale the rest of the fall.

My brother in law's wheat heading to the market. Prices are good but the severe drought in Europe cut his yield by 30%. We've had less than 1/10 of an inch in the 2 months we've been here, spread over 4 rainstorms.
