My takeaway from this is Colonel Sanders quit the chicken biz to manage Charlie Daniels.

Contractor, remember to always take pre construction USA (underground utility located with paint) photos because the utility companies will always come out and mark their utilities once the damage has been done! lawsuits usually take 2+ years after the utility hit. [emoji482]
