Well yeah but you also **** on Trillium and Hill Farmstead so I don't take your opinion seriously .
I **** on Trillium because they do put out some seriously **** beers at times and I make fun of of HF because of Shaun being a clown. HF beers are excellent and the only "bad" thing I've said is all his saisons pretty much taste identical to me and I'm not a big fan of some of his stouts.

I don't disagree but that's the same thing I said about Night Shift.

I wonder if there are any flight attendants on this website. Would love to see a flight attendant AMA here.

Also I need to find a flight attendant that flies the Portland to Kona route. Would be a great mule.

A lot of airlines and also amtrack have company policies that prohibit the transportation of alcohol during work travel.

Found a clown shoes brandy barrel barleywine. I left it in the freezer overnight but it didn't explode, I imagine because it's 14 percent or something. Going to try it tonight and hope it's like Leon.

It won't be.
Billionaire? I mean, almost nothing is as good as Leon but Billionaire is a damn fine beer...

Not sure if this has been addressed on any of the forums on here (just posted in Boston Area thread), but here is the Go Fund Me page for the electrician who was injured in the accident at Trillium earlier this week. Amazing how quickly the beer industry can swoop in and help out someone in need.

Do people still mispronounce/misspell Cantillon? Or has it become so ubiquitous in lambic/sour ale discussion that it's understood how to say and spell it.

ISO: Cantiloons. Cantilions? ...Cantalon?

I hear people mispronounce it (Cantillion) all the time but don't see misspellings.

People who correct beer pronunciation online inhabit Terrace 1

People who correct beer pronunciation in person inhabit Terrace 3

To me, there is a fine line between pronouncing a foreign word almost correctly and sounding like Giada describing a recipe.

"Next, I'm going to add roughly two or three tablespoons of MAS-CAR-PONE-AY!!! cheese, which will compliment the fresh MOTZ-A-(sort of rolled R)-ELLA!!! in the dish"

That's how my buddy sounds when he says he is going to "bring a bottle of Lambic, maybe a CAWNT-E-YONE!!!"

You’ve met dvelcich, master of inventing his own pronunciations for beer.
