More land for their sexy AF farmer to plow and sow his seed into.

https://jesterkingbrewery.com/blog/...7-acres-event-center-stanleys-farmhouse-pizza

Jester King expanding their farmhouse empire. They bought the pizza joint that was on their land and also an event center and a whooooole lot more farm land (they recently opened Jester King Farms on their land in the last year, so that must be working out for them)

They're supposed to be opening an on-site restaurant in the near future (they already hired a head chef) so it'll be interesting to see if they turn Stanley's next door into their new restaurant or keep Stanley's and make the event center into a new restaurant....

In three years, that will be my favorite InBev facility.

Ask me for my seed, and the day you have longed for, the day you have dreamed about, will soon arrive: When the corn is large and ripe for the taking, you can place your lips around the heavy cob, savoring the texture, the smell and, finally, the taste as you bite gently and your mouth is filled with sweet juice.

One of my all time favorites.

Im in the craft "scene". I fully understand there being a bunch of negative in the thread. Its warranted. But allow me to inject some random thought positives.

-I had a god tier Pissenlit tonight. Fantome can be a crapshoot but when they hit it they hit it hard. I had been on a bad roll for about a year. Excited again.

-I bought a six pack cans of Miller High Life for nostalsia reasons and it is the best AAL for my money.

-Genny Cream, for me, is the perfect hot weather beer.

-Lagunitas BAY is a great beer. Different every year but imo always great.

-Hype and fanboyism aside, Jacks Abby is one of the best breweries in MA. The seasonal lagers are the best value buys around.

-Lastly, and my hottest take of all...I'm a fairly new resident of NH and it gets **** on beerwise quite a bit. I think there is some amazing beer coming out of NH that (thankfully because I am an anti-line guy) goes under the radar . I like a few locals more than some of the hype boys in MA that I have easy access to. NH is on the come and hopefully most people don't notice.

First MBCC I've ever missed this year, all the way back to the first one. Has changed a lot since then - you needed tokens for beer, De Struise showed up with 20 times more beer than any other brewer, including OG Dirty Horse and 'WVL' (and not being invited back since), there was a Danish league game that you could watch from the terrace on the Saturday... and every ticket holder had to book a slot for a sit-down meal with the brewers at the back of the hall.

That was the first one? Man, that was a weird ******* beer fest. Also, wtf at Struise not being allowed back. They were the best one there, by far.

A brewery north of Pittsburgh called Koehler Brewing Company put up some pictures that some members in various Pittsburgh beer groups found to be racially insensitive. People sent them messages asking to take it down, to which the brewery pretty much replied "lol, go **** yourselves snowflakes" and spewed some vulgar insults to a bunch of people. Talking smack to the public usually doesn't fly too well, and as more people caught wind of this, the numbers of pissed off people grew. This was the response the owner's wife or whomever she is sent to a moderator one of the beer groups. I'm surprised that she didn't say that members' phone lines were being tapped. Reviewing the place is now disabled as well.

The response is ridiculous but the ads that bothered people are pretty ******* tame.

If you get offended by that **** how the **** are you going to function when faced with real hardships?

Yeah, I don't have an issue with the ads at all (I'm Korean for what it's worth), but the way they've responded, both publicly and privately is definitely over the top.

Lol yep. What the hell were they thinking with that police threat? They could have just said sorry and it would have been over.
