Link here if you don't know what I'm talking about

Edit: Feel free to send me all the beers ;)

Thanks!
I hit three breweries yesterday and every time I ordered I thought how ******* awesome to be able to buy a pint of beer - or 4. Like any other state, amirite? No more picking a tour and turning in a ticket/token to get a pint. But best of all the government isn't telling me what my pour or take home limits* will be.

* we do still have a 288oz take home limit but I'll never hit this

huh?

seems to me there is ample evidence to the contrary on this site.
I spend most of my time in non beer forums and drinking mead and scotch. I'll be that person. But I may also be an outlier.

That may also be why I have no idea where The Commons is. He makes nice music, though.

I can always tell it's the first week in Sept by the amount of clueless 20-something Brits in my Instagram feed posting haul pics from 3F. These will all get traded across the Atlantic for hazy IPAs that are rarely any better than the stuff produced by Cloudwater, Kernel etc.

Standing in line at 3F was getting at taste of what I guess US beer releases are like. First of all this was the first time there actually was even a line at all, lots of people talking about their hauls and how much they were already going for on Facebook and how this was their second time in line and so on.

Gross. There were a lot of American shitlords at the event scattered throughout talking about hauls, trying to share their super #rare american wild ales and hype stouts, buying/trading/selling multiples, but it seemed to be localized to a few groups and died down throughout the weekend. Friday night certainly felt like an American release though, it wasnt that pleasurable; Sunday afternoon on the other hand was rather nice.

I remember rolling up around midday Saturday with Padraig in 2013 and there being about 20 people there. Slight change this year with 400+ on Friday night. As much as I wish I'd gone and scored those bottles, it did sound like a nightmare.

BTW credit to all the 3F crew for staying open until the whole line got to buy bottles (into Saturday morning). Could easily have locked people out and closed up.

:( I can't say I am surprised by any of this. And those are the visitors you will remember.

If anyone wants to make a parody song about an "Old Guard" brewer making Hazy/Tropical IPAs called "Look What You Made Me Brew" to the tune of "Look What You Made Me Do" there is your free idea.
If anyone wants to make this parody song, please do us all a solid and throw yourself off of a mountain. Thanks.

Kernel, no. Cloudwater, yes. Cloudwater makes the best hazy IPAs on the planet.

TBF Kernel were producing hazy IPAs like 5-6 years ago, way before it was a trend but they've gone down the bright(er) route again. I do think they're the absolute masters of lower ABV hoppy stuff.
Oh, I love Kernel. Was just noting they're not making hazy stuff in cans. I was also emphasizing just how incredible Cloudwater has. Even their Wit is mind blowing.
