Kolsch is good. People should drink more Kolsch

That reminds me. I really like Sam Adams seasonal packs. There is always something in there that makes me go "This is a damn good beer." The Bonfire Blonde was one of those beers.

we started with a dr thunder base then conditioned on fruity pebbles then we CRUSHED this batch with the DANKEST of hops y'all it came out CRAZY!!

Idk I thought it was cool to know that bcbs coffee was made with intelligentsia, I guess it's an unpopular opinion but I like when brewers go to that level of detail. Sometimes it can show that their taste aligns with yours or lead you to discover something new

It's not unpopular. I think it's cool when breweries let you know what coffee or barrel or whatever, but I don't care if I don't know.

At a former job we had some guys from our German office here in the states. I told one of them I homebrewed a Kolsch and he was all "ugh, we only drink Pils".
