Laugh all you want about the ridiculous bring on the beer emails (and I laugh, too), but they just put up Cascade Blackcap Raspberry for <$12/bottle which I think is great value. Seems to be already sold out, unfortunately.

That feeling when you go to a beer event with a bad ass tap list, but the line is filled with natty-ice chugging college bros and about a half an hour long so you order 3 barrel-aged glasses of beer that was made by Zeus himself , tell the Beertender you're buying rounds for your friends then find a dark corner and drink them all whilst watching young college goers slap hands and argue about which grapefruit IPA is best, trump grabbing it by the pussy, and how 10 barrel is the best beer in Oregon . Feels good man.

I was highly impressed with Reuben's on my visit to Seattle. This is great news.Reuben's and Great Notion helping Fort George with the next batch of 3-Way is ******* badass.
Still miss the GOAT 2014 3-Way (Boneyard and Block 15), but this should be awesome.
I feel like a few posters on here predicted this a while ago:
No idea to what extent the claims made in the article are accurate or not.

They had some damn good fresh hop beers on tap while I was there. Between them and Fremont, I didn't want to leave.I know they're targeting Eastern Washington next, but I think Reuben's is planning on Oregon distribution within the next year or so.
Their Crush IPAs (single hop hazy IPAs, they've done Galaxy and Citra so far) have been stellar lately. I'm not one for hoppy beers on nitro, but Nitro Citra Crush was pretty fantastic.
Triggered.
Next time you venture up to Seattle you should stop by Cloudburst brewing (Luke, a brewer from Elysian started it up after the buyout and makes some absolutely awesome beer) along with Holy Moutain and Urban Family brewing. They had some damn good fresh hop beers on tap while I was there. Oh god cone to cone was incredible, I had a pint and went back to fill a growler like 45 min later and they had blown the keg. Urban family brewing just put out their muerta Al cereal (it's their death to cereal with some chiles and other adjuncts I can't recall) and it's ******* phenomenal . They have some good foudre beer also, really enjoyed their Brett pale aleHoly Mountain and Cloudburst killed it with fresh hops this year. Their collab Wetwired Mosaic FH DIPA was probably the best Fresh Hop I had this year. HM's Cone and Cone (hazy FH Citra pale) was also pretty amazing.
Fremonts got some competiton, and that's a good thing.

Nice to see someone other than me willing to say nice things about Urban Family on the internet.
From a Binnys email this afternoon
Attention fans of Cantillon, Boon and Drie Fonteinen; this American homage to classic Belgian Gueuze is not to be missed! For those unfamiliar with Gueuze, it is a blend of spontaneously fermented oak aged lambic beer. Not long ago, this obscure beer style was all but forgotten, but thanks to a renewed interest in sour beer it has grown to become one of the most sought after styles on the shelf. Rueuze is The Bruery’s interpretation and it is magnificent.
