Makes sense, Sam Adams volumes continue to decrease to the rest of their portfolio while DFH keeps growing their brands. More SeaQuench is on the way.

You thought the second largest craft brewery in America closed decades ago?Who the **** talks about DFH anymore? I thought Boston Beer Co closed decades ago . . .
I haven’t bought any Sam Adams or DFH in many years either, but saying that the second largest craft brewery in America, and one that is up 15% Y/Y (remarkably) when most of the national companies are struggling, is “irrelevant” is not a good hot take. Yes they don’t excite people who register for a beer nerd website, but we make up an irrelevant fraction of their market.Ha! They both are irrelevant, so who cares?

I agree with everything you just said, but then you get articles with Jim Koch whining about how they can't appeal to people and I always wonder where the truth lies.

Hey he opened more than a decade after New Albion! He invented the categoryJim Koch has been salty for years that people won't kiss his ass for what he thinks is his role in craft beer's history.

I mean, I’m not a fan of BBC, but give credit where credit is due. Boston Beer and Brooklyn, among others, were pioneers on the east coast and the beer industry wouldn’t be the same if they didn’t exist. Don’t @ me, this is not a hot take.Jim Koch has been salty for years that people won't kiss his ass for what he thinks is his role in craft beer's history.
A perfect pair of contract brewers pretending to rep major east coast cities.I mean, I’m not a fan of BBC, but give credit where credit is due. Are you the dude posting in the Cleveland craft beer fb page right now? Because if so stop comparing ******* masthead to dogfish head and bbco.
And building the production and distribution foundation for craft brewers across the country. Try better.A perfect pair of contract brewers pretending to rep major east coast cities.
