The alternative is that Larry has still been trying to run the show anyway, and the best way to solve the issue from a family perspective is to just let him until he is really ready to retire. Family businesses are complicated.

My first thought was that krausen looks like toasted marshmallow. That it was actually toasted marshmallow didn't occur to me at first.
